Learning with other people

Learn from what people
have actually tried.

The Exchange is intended to be part of the programme: practical questions, useful peer relationships and lessons that travel beyond one business.

Share the method.

A useful example explains the problem, the approach, the human role, the evidence and the limitations. It does not need to expose customer records or private business information.

Keep learning.

Compare what worked, what needed changing and what was stopped. Continued membership is intended to support further opportunities and remain optional.

The SME programme space and membership arrangements are being developed. Registering interest will not create a community account or membership.
The existing ESM communityThe Exchange is already a place for service-management practitioners.

Its current courses, membership terms and access are separate from the proposed Augment programme.
