The current site provides programme information and fictional starting exercises. Online enquiries, accounts and uploads are not available.

Your guide answers

The guide uses your selections within the page to choose prepared content. It does not send them to a server or AI provider, save them in browser storage, or include them in the page address. Leaving or reloading the page clears them.

Copying and printing

Copying writes the exercise to your device’s clipboard when your browser allows it. Printing uses your browser’s print function. If you paste the exercise into another service, that service handles what you submit under its own arrangements.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set application cookies or load advertising, analytics, external fonts or embedded social services. Technical connection information, such as your IP address, is processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the site.

Links and future enquiries

The parent ESM Institute website and the Exchange are separate services. Their information-handling arrangements apply when you visit them. An enquiry-specific privacy notice will be provided before online collection opens here.
